The video “Singing through the Prison Walls” was something I found extremely interesting. Usually when people hear that someone went to prison they are usually bad people, which yes is usually true. I liked the message that this article brought though. It reminded the reader that these are also people they just happen to be in prison and that they are learning from the mistake they made. It was very nice reading about how this singer acknowledged them as real people with feelings and acknowledged that they are also going through a hard time.
